The first one means you're gonna do your friend a bigger favor by being a friend and risking hurting her feelings in order to keep her from destroying herself. If you didn't care, you'd just suck up to her behaviour and let her do her damage.





The second one means that, even if she blows you off and continues on the road she's chosen... she might need you later on down the road (when the clouds start to pass by). Don't be a false friend by deserting her in a time of need... stick close to her. Well, just tell her what people are saying and let her know that she's better than that. Some times people dont want to hear it from a friend but TOUGH LOVE is the only way you can get it in her head. Just tell her what you think the decisions are. If you think they are stupid tell her that.
