I'm trying to build a web-site to sell products. What is the best site builder? Any advice is appreciated

My Father is trying to do the same as well. Try Yahoo! Domains. You can search possible domains you want and it will tell you if it's avalible or not. Good Luck!I'm trying to build a web-site to sell products. What is the best site builder? Any advice is appreciated
If you really want to make a good website, don't use this Yahoo sitebuilder garbage. You need a good program like Macromedia Dreamweaver. Its 100 times better than Sitebuilder.I'm trying to build a web-site to sell products. What is the best site builder? Any advice is appreciated
Actually, the Yahoo! Sitebuilder is pretty good. It works well for those with experience in web pages and newbies.
There are a cuple of options in that topic starting from the most expensive to the cheapest.

1. Self installation of commerce product on your own server.

2. Shared hosting with ready made site including merchant account such as what Yahoo provides for $X amount per month.

3. Shared hosting with your own domain management site including an out of the box shopping cart service.

4. Self installation on shared hosting.

Cheap is not always better since the management and setting up can take professional work and maintenance and care.

If you have some knowlege in building web sites there is a free shopping experience product called oscommerce based on PHP and MySQL.

Need advice on bringing my 15 lb jack russell onto a flight with me...can it be easy?? which airline is best??

Each airline has its own rules. For example, Southwest Airlines prohibits pets except for guide dogs.

Some allow you to bring small pets in the passenger cabin as long as the carrier fits under the seat. Most airlines that allow this restrict pets to two per flight (one per passenger) so you need to get your reservation in early.

Other airlines require pets to go in the baggage compartment. The cargo hold is climate controlled so there is no risk to your pet.

You'll have to call the airlines and ask what their current policies are as they do tend to change. Some routes prohibit pets completely even though the airline may permit them on other routes. This is usually due to local restrictions against any pets in terminal buildings.Need advice on bringing my 15 lb jack russell onto a flight with me...can it be easy?? which airline is best??
Boston got it all right.

Call ahead, shop around. Availability and fees vary. You have more options earlier.Need advice on bringing my 15 lb jack russell onto a flight with me...can it be easy?? which airline is best??
international or domestic? If it's domestic it shouldn't be so hard, Even with all the problems I still fly Delta only, they've still got decent customer service.

    best: don't eat yellow snow

worst:when life gives u lemons suck it up cause life sucks

    both from my cousin
Best advice: Life is not how you make it but how you take it.

Uncontrollable events tend to happen in life and its your job to make the best of it. I cant control how often I see my husband or how long his deployments are. The only thing I can control is how I spend that time apart. Investing my time in school, work, and saving money will benifit us more then sitting on my *** and crying all the time (which I want to do).

Worst Advice: Leave him. It will never work.

People often try to compare things and situations that have nothing in common; opposites. People like to judge, but they are not always there to see what really goes on, the whole story, how this person really treats you, or how much you too really care about each other.

Best Advice I can give: You control whether things work out or not. Relationships are what you make of them; its your choice. Dont dwell on the the problems life brings, but worry more about finding the solution.
don't eat too much. now i'm always hungry.

Is it a bad thing to go to your sisters x best friend for advice before asking your sis??

ok so i've never really felt comfortable going to my sister for advice and would always turn to her best friend, but since their big blowout i'm not sure whether it would be wrong to still go to that friend. well in all fairness i'm not the one fighting with her and she was always like a sister to me.... idk i just dont want to see anyone hurt or upset!!Is it a bad thing to go to your sisters x best friend for advice before asking your sis??
It's ok to go to your sisters ex friend for advice. You could do whatever you want. As long as your sister doesnt say that you cant then your off the hook.Is it a bad thing to go to your sisters x best friend for advice before asking your sis??
Not at all. Just ask your sis's ex friend for advice and then decideif you need to ask your sis for her opinion too. Hopefully you'll be able to get the advice you need w/o upsetting your sis.

    Good Luck!
There is nothing wrong with asking your sisters ex friend for advise. However if she really betrayed and hurt your sister maybe you should try being there for your sister so she doesn't also feel betrayed by you.

    Girls advice question? (Best answer!)?

Ok I am getting coffee with this girl I just met later this afternoon. I was wondering what advice you could give me to make it as good as possible. Do I need to open the door to my car for her or is that too ';date like'; and not casual? Any do's or don'ts or advice would be great. Thanks so much!Girls advice question? (Best answer!)?
Treat her like a girl should be treated. Open doors, and so on, even though this isn't a date- this will really impress her and is a nice thing to do.

    Good luck!

    http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;鈥?/a>Girls advice question? (Best answer!)?
Opening the car door is a really good start, opening all the doors like to the coffee shop stuff like that, it's very gentlemen like and all women like a gentlemen, it's good manners. I would just relax and enjoy her company, when she is talking to you pay close attention to her don't let yourself be distracted or she'll think your not interested in what she is saying, just stay focused on her and you should be fine. Of course don't get too mushy on her just be casual and relaxed. Have a great time, good luck.
    be a gentleman,

compliment her, dont over do it

but a compliment or two is always good.

open her door, it shows you have manners,

    don't dominate the conversation.

    and just relax :]

    it will be fun,

    its just coffee!

    Good Luck!
Be a real Gentleman, open her car door, pull out her chair, and ask her about herself. If you want to see more of her, blow her away the first time your with her.
Be a gentlemen to her without being overbearing. Its really nice that you're going through all this to make her happy. You must be a great person. Good Luck!

    Boy advice? 10points best answer!?

Ive been going out with my boyfriends for 2years, when we first starting going out i had a very close friend who when we were drunk fingered me. I need help on whether to tell me boyfriend or not and anything else thatd be helpful. thanksBoy advice? 10points best answer!?
If it happened toward the beginning of your relationship, then just forget about it. You and ur friend were drunk, not that it's an excuse for everything but it happened a long time ago. Don't tell him because he will be very mad at the fact that you waited sooo long to tell him. He would probably not have wanted you to tell him at at. So don't

    10 points?Boy advice? 10points best answer!?
I'm a guy, and trust me. If you are seriously trying to keep this guy, I would NOT tell him. We are all animals and have certain instincts and urges, (especially when your drunk), and most every time even if he says he understands, he thinks lower of you and feels less special and lacks more desire to stay with you. lol that was a run on sentence i know. If it is really bothering you and you need to get it off your chest do it, but expect a change in the way he sees you.
    Hiya love

    well heres what i think,

I dont think you should tell him, you have been with him for 2 years

and u didnt tell him 2 years ago so why u questioning it now?

If you were going to tell him you would have done it 2 years ago.

    Just be careful..

If somethng happened more recently then yes defo tell him as you your relationship will have changed now, more serious.

I hope i have been of help to you.

And btw if anyone ever tells u that being drunk isnt a excus tbh it is, u loose control of ur body and mind an u have no idea what ur doing (dependn how drunk u are of course)

    hope i have helped u

    XxxxX
Thats hectic! You shouldn't tell your boyfriend because he'll be very upset! And you might just lose him and i trust that after so long you wouldn't want that!

Leave it he won't know unless you tell him, and what he doesn't know will hurt him alot less than if he knew... But it kinda is cheating so you shouldn't do it again!

    Good luck!
I'd probably be alright you were drunk but I probably would ask you not to drink with them again, and if you do I'd probably just leave you. I mean you can hang out with him But I suggest you don't drink with him, it could get you in deep stuff.
it was a long time ago. if you know nothing like that will ever happen again, don't tell him. what good will it do for him? it will only hurt him. so if you truly know that you will never ever cheat on him again, what's the point of telling him?
I wouldn't tell him, if i were you i'd keep that to yourself.
From a guys point of view, if you were my girlfriend I'd rather not know that. It was a one off, you were drunk, barely going out and it was 2 years ago. Keep it to yourself.
I wouldn't tell him if you don't want the relationship to end. He probably would break up with you unless the very close friend was a girl.
don't tell him cause then he'll probably breaking up with you.

keep it as long as you can.

i wish i would tell him but i think its a bad idea dont you think?
You said when you first started dating, just forget about it, ok it ent right to cheat but your thoughts and ideas on your relationship have probably changed now from what they were two years ago!
it depends on when it happened. you said it was when you guys first started dated so im guessing it was about 2 years ago. so you probably shouldnt tell him and forget about it
i would be honst who wants a gf that keeps secrets.. so i would tell him everything you were drunk and if he loved you he would stay with you and understand and if not find someone better
Well... you haven't told him so far so why bother threatening your relationship now? What he doesn't know wont hurt him and anyway there was no intercourse just a bit of finger fumbling. So... Shrug.
he fingered you thats it??? dont tell him nothing its not that serious.
whats the point in telling him.if you were both drunk forget it and dont let it happen again.
tell him 4 the truth or if h fins out on his own he will be angry honesty is the best policy
if you tell him its game over and make out hes bad mouthing you if he says anything cause you knocked him back
    Do not tell him.

Happy 18th Birthday to your son. Cool gift idea.
Watch out drinking hard liquor - it'll sneak up on you.

    I had a mentor that told me about going home from work, putting a few ice cubes in a glass and having a cold one after work - then maybe a little more after dinner. One day his wife went to the grocery store and didn't come back with a bottle of whiskey that he'd ask her for. He got irritated at her for forgetting - she opened the hutch door in their dining room, and proceded to pull out an empty bottle and said ';This is monday's';, she pulled out another one ';This is tuesday's - you have wednesday's empty in your hand. If you want another one, go get it yourself. I won't be here when you get back.';

He never realized that he was drinking that much until she showed him those empty bottles. He quit drinking that night. He had one every once in awhile after that, but no more coming home and making himself a cold one every night.

your such a sweet friend, i recommend going to the salon and asking them for damaged hair mask that she can use monthly to try and help resore her hair, but really she is gonna have to get it trimmed regularly until the damaged hair grows out. not dead hair because remember, hair is already dead. lol, good luck! %26lt;3

    EDIT:

also you can get her a little basket filled with hair products that mosturize, or repair. :DNEED ADVICE! My best friend bleaches her hair alot and her mom permed her hair...?
Tell her to buy some hair treatment and stop doing stupid things to her hair.
It's not your hair, not much you can do.

If she screwed her hair up, all she can do is wait it out until it grows enough to cut the dead hair off.

It'll take a long time but it's her fault so oh well.

Guy advice people =] Best answer ^^?

alright well im in high school. I like this guy, he's in the same grade as me and I think he likes me back, well I was walking with him (he walks me to the stairs everyday) and he asked for my number...and I gave it to him, since then everything has been awkward for me but I really really do like him, im just shy %26gt;.%26lt; But yeah, I don't know what to do or say to make him ask me out. Any advice? Guy advice people =] Best answer ^^?
If he walks you to the stairs every day and asked for your number then he definitely likes you! The best way to get a guy to ask you out, if in fact he really wants to but isn't sure... just ask him what his plans are for the weekend, then if he asks you what you are doing, just tell him you don't have plans except maybe seeing friends. That will give him an ';opening'; to ask you out. Guys are shy too and he might be scared. So if you give him the opportunity to ask you out by leading him a few questions, it makes it easier! Trust me, it worked for me every time!Guy advice people =] Best answer ^^?
I know how it feels to be shy and want a guy to ask you out. I've been in this situation. But umm I think that you should face your fears because most guys like a girl that can speak their mind. And plus, you never know he could be waiting for you to make a move. But Good Luck!

    Please help me: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;鈥?/a>
just tell him u like him

i mean guys are just as shy as us girls.

u cant walk around likeing him forever.

i did that once and i found out he liked me back and we ended up dating for like 3 months!

besides u will feel much better after telling him AND if he doesnt feel the same way at least u will know and will stop wasting your time :)

    good luck

    best wishes
theres not much you can do, just wait for him to call you

or, to really see if hes interested, dont show up for the stair walk stuff for like a day or two. see if he comes for you ;)
Why don't you ask him out? If the situation starts to feel awkward, tell him exactly what you just told us. Don't be shy (easier said then done) if you don't ask you will never know.
You can take a horse to water but you cannot make him drink.
you can't make someone ask you but you can speed up the process if you ask him first.
just keep being that girl he likes to walk to the stairs.

He's young inexperienced and this is how we learn. Enjoy this time ofyour life.
What i would do is ask him if he wants to hang out sometime after school.
Let him know u like him and break out of ur shell but not too far. Keep ur cool and tell him ur shy. Be honest.
just be yourself around him, guys like that
    dont say anything.....

if he asked for your #### that means he likes you...let him ask you....

tea with honey, gargle with salt water.

Get something to suck on for a while.................
Salt and warm water! I'm telling you it's the best. Gargle with it! Hope that helps.
If you can make it to a store, buy some Yogi tea Throat Comfort. It always helps me whenever I have a sore throat and I like the taste, too. It is not going to cure it, mind you, but make it much more bearable.
    Gargle with warm salted water.

    Warm tea with honey.
call up people you know from a phone booth and ask them to guess who it is. Haha.
There are two medicines that work really good for me.

    1) Neocitrin. Make sure to get the one specifically for sore throat.

    2) If you prefer a losenge, then go for Bradisol.
Cold drink, sip it, and have it go right to your throat, let is sit there, and if that doens't work get a losenge (halls or ludens works)
Gargle some pickle juice. Try it, for real.
The Original Fisherman's Friend cough drops will do a good job for you.

Or, gargle using any mouthwash - that'll help some. Then take two Tylenol.
    salt plus water
    hot tea with honey

I'm studying abroad in Prague this fall. Does anyone have any advice? What's the best way to travel Europe?

The train system there is amazing; I would take it over flying any day. Going to Prague was a bit shaky but the most of Europe has really good rail. Eurail offers a ';15 day'; flexi pass where you can take 15 train trips over the course of some arbitrary time period. Alternate to that, there is a a ';Eurail global'; pass that will give you unlimited amount of travel for a couple weeks or so (the one that I picked up). We went on a mad rush through a bunch of ';capital'; cities to see monuments and such, and it was interesting (especially to get a feel of where to go for the next time in Europe).

Whats the best way to give sisterly advice?

My younger sister, she's 22, just got over a six year relationship and within the last month and a half she has started dating a slightly older man with two kids. she's already talking about moving in with him and marriage. I don't feel these are right moves for her and I don't know how to tell her. She's so excited and my parents are even on board with a possible marriage. I don't want to be the mean one. What should I do?Whats the best way to give sisterly advice?
oh my god ..... stay out of it ... or ... tell her to think about this first .. get her to hang out with a old married couple with bad kids who cant go aanywhere becasue they a re strapped down with kids .. she may find out real fastWhats the best way to give sisterly advice?
Sounds like this may be a rebound relationship! I think you're right to be concerned too. If it were my sister (I've got two) I would just sit her down and be honest about my concerns.

She probably won't like it at first, but I would much rather have my sister mad at me, then to see her miserable.

I would take my chances, isn't she worth it?

Can any one give me advice on the best tour company to book a safari while i am in kenya i am staying at diani

i am going to kenya in august 2008 please can anyone tell me the best tour companies in the diani beach resort to book a safari with also as any one any info on the diani sea resort hotel many thanksCan any one give me advice on the best tour company to book a safari while i am in kenya i am staying at diani
I went on a safari using Amazing Tours and Travel and had a phenomenal time. It's a Nairobi based company so they offer Kenyan expertise. Their website is www.amazingsafaris.com. I stayed at the Mara Intrepids Club in the Masai Mara.

August is a great time to view the Great Wildebeest Migration in the Mara. You'll have such a good time - I am so envious. Can any one give me advice on the best tour company to book a safari while i am in kenya i am staying at diani
    caravan tours and travels
Smithsonian Journeys does a safari Tour August 4-15,2008 but it visits Tanzania near Kenya. Smith. doesn't do the safari into Kenya because of the US State department warnings against travel there
check the lonely planet guide - they know their stuff.

I moved to Kenya about 6 months ago from the UK and I want to give you a warning against relying on the information the travel guides give, especially on prices.

There are some very good safari companies here in Kenya, ranging from the moderately priced to the very expensive, but the prices are MUCH higher than many of the guide books say. The reason for this is that the Safari industry here in Kenya is very much aimed at the higher spender.

If you book your Safari with a company here in Kenya it will cost more than if you book with a travel agent in your home country. It's much cheaper to get a package deal than to buy individually. The accomodation and the park entry fees are the highest prices. Also if you fly from Nairobi to the parks it's more expensive than going by road. The Massai Mara is the most expensive park (also the best) as it is run by a private company. The other parks (Like Amobseli - near Mt. Kilimanjaro) are cheaper because they are run by the government.

Whats the best piece of advice you never got but had to learn yourself on being a mom?

what is a thing or two no books or other moms ever told you but you've come to know by actually being a mom yourself...Whats the best piece of advice you never got but had to learn yourself on being a mom?
In my 3 and a half months of motherhood...:) I've learned:

#1. Books and other moms don't know YOUR baby so trust your intuition.

#2. You do not need diaper cream all the time. Just make sure baby's bum is clean and DRY before you put on the new diaper. Use a little cornstarch, NOT talc. And if you do get a diaper rash make sure babe's bum is dry before you apply the cream or else you just trap the moisture making it worse.:)That was my unfortunate experience...

#3. Really listening to their cries does make a difference, and babies don't always HAVE to burp. So don't freak out if they don't. Just try for a bit but if no burp happens and they seem content don't worry. Plus not all babies like to be interupted while they eat...so if you stop after the suggested ';burp after every ounce'; and the babe screams bloody murder...they just want their babba back the burp can wait.

#4 You will ';GET IT'; ALL of ';it'; everything gets settled eventually so always breath and don't panic. :)Whats the best piece of advice you never got but had to learn yourself on being a mom?
The severity of a poopy diaper can be summed up by how many wipes it takes to clean up (one-wiper, two-wiper, three-wiper...my worst ever was a six-wiper).

I thought of another one: A newborns fingernails may be sharp as razors, but when you cut them it feels like you're clipping skin they are so soft.
Dont sweat the small stuff! You can drive yourself crazy trying to keep a toddler clean and it doesnt work- so a little dirt wont kill them. If the furniture doesnt get moved when you vaccuum -no one will see it!! Finger painting is more important than washing dishes. Ants always escape the ant farm. And no child who promised to take care of their pet ever does!
to pick my battles...not everything matters...will it matter in 80 years from now, or not ? the lighter side...how high maitenance they are....not what you think...more like nail trimming, ear washing, teath brushing, floss, rinse and flouride, hair cuts, bandages, fevers, diareah, on and on and on....best investment my husbad and I have done in other human beings...yes, 1 mom, 1 dad, 7 kids ages 3-15 good luck
To stop and hug them regardless of what I'm doing at that moment. My children are now grown and the things I NOW know is that the dust can wait, but those little arms couldn't...
Choose your battles (as someone else said). I've learned that what my kids wear and how their hair looks isn't nearly as important as the pride they have in dressing themselves and the independence that they've created. I've learned that a t-shirt full of paint is worth the price of a masterpiece created in joy. The house being clean is nice, but not at the price of our family's happiness. I've learned that nearly everything can be put in the oven on warm, and if the time spent with kids is good, nobody cares that the chicken is a little tough, or the rice is dry, it'll be a gourmet meal to them because it was made through love.

I've also learned that other moms at the grocery store are more than happy to judge you on your parenting based on a two minute viewpoint of your kids strewn with paint and dirt while you run to the store for milk to cook supper.
Don't worry about a clean house! It's not the house that matters, it's your kids!

Best friends pets are dying...I need advice?

My best friend has recently discovered her cat (18 years old) has cancer and will die soon. While she was badly hurting from that knowledge, she found out her Dog has to be put to sleep soon because he has Kidney failure. How do I console her? She is in so much pain right now....and I live in another town.Best friends pets are dying...I need advice?
The grief over a pet is a very real and sad thing that should be addressed much in the same way as you would if a human family member died. If your friend wants to talk about her pets, let her talk and just listen. If she doesn't want to talk about it, honor her wishes. Everyone deals with grief in their own way. When we lost our two dogs within a month of each other, one from cancer and the other from heart failure (yes they were both older), my sons were very upset. I told them about the Rainbow Bridge, which helped us all.

';Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.

There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.

There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.

The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

    Author unknown... ';

There is no death. Only a change of worlds.

    - Chief SeattleBest friends pets are dying...I need advice?
Dont talk about it ( It brings back memerios )
Just make sure your friend knows that you are there for her whenever she needs to talk. Maybe you can do something for her and her pets. Maybe like a little memorial or like a scrapbook with all the pets' pictures in it. That way she will ahve a collection of pictures for her to remember her cat and dog by.

Just make sure she knows that you care.
That's really bad, two pets at once. Be there for her, call her, let her talk, be compassionate. She's going to be sad for a while, no getting around that. Suggest she make a photo album of her pets, or some memorial. I made 8x10 photos of my cat so I could still look at her. I had a close friend that talked to me on the phone every night for a month, he lives over 100 miles away. Sometimes I could barely speak from being so choked up, and he listened and understood and that was a great comfort to me. Tell her not to listen to anyone that says it was just a cat, or just a dog, people in my family said that to me. Tell her there is no time limit on her grief, it will take as long as it takes. My 14 year old died 8 months ago and I'm just now getting to the point where it doesn't break my heart to look at her picture, although I still have a good cry once in awhile. Tell your friend you really understand.
That is a hard time. Best thing you can do is just listen, talk about the pets. Send her a card. When my cat died, flowers helped also. Kidney failure is often treatable in cats, I don't know about dogs. Vets often want to pts. But it sounds like her pets are up there in age, so it is just a hard time she has to get through. Just be there for her, you can't make the pain go away, but it helps tons to know someone cares about it. The hardest part about losing a pet is that most people think -- so what? So the fact that you understand she is losing important family members will help her, give her someone to talk to, when other people will just say something like ';get another pet,'; or, ';it was just a..'; I hope this helps, I feel for you and your friend.

My favorite site is Mr. Excel. He has written several books and has plenty of free information online.

After you are familiar with the basics, you can read and search the forum for advanced topics.

if you're interested in separate tutorials and aren't very ardent about spending money i definitely recommend this website. They have lots of good tutorials for ms excel and several other programs.

If you'd be willing to pay for a good formal training dvd I recommend lynda.com's excel essentials title. I have experience with a few of their others and they are great. They are very easy to follow and practice files are usually provided so you can follow along with the video. If you are skeptical, you should watch the preview videos on the link provided.

My best friend wants to be a writer. She has sent her work into publishing companies, but she needs advice.?

she needs advice or counsel of what to do when it comes to publishing her book, she is new to the game and she doesn't want to make any mistakes. Do you have any advice of where she my get counsel from or what necessary steps to take as she embarks on being a writer? My best friend wants to be a writer. She has sent her work into publishing companies, but she needs advice.?
If she is asking for advice AFTER sending out her work to publishing companies that hasn't she already embarked on her journey to being a writing, and as such wouldn't that also indicate that she could have possibly already made mistakes.

--- If she has specific questions then you should post them on her behalf because at this point it all seems rather null and void. Now if she wishes to ask if the procedures she has taken are 'typical' then perhaps she needs to list those and find out if they are standard. My best friend wants to be a writer. She has sent her work into publishing companies, but she needs advice.?
Te'Neicha, she's already made a serious blunder, perhaps.

If she's sent novel-length work to potential publishers or agents, she's probably put herself on their ';unprofessionals'; list--and my understanding is that yes, some really do keep such a list.

There are two ways to go to publish a book. One is to pay for it, with no expectation of selling it to anybody who’s not a friend or family, no matter how good it is or how much you work and/or spend to market it.

The one I recommend is the one that gets your book into chains like Barnes %26amp; Noble, Chapters, and Borders, and independent book stores, too. This requires a “real” publisher who pays you for the right to print your book, and who then markets it, including placing it in stores.

The big “name” publishers usually accept book manuscripts only from literary agents, using them to screen out manuscripts that aren’t likely to sell as books for whatever reason.

To get a literary agent, identify agents who have recently sold other novels like yours. This takes time and trips to a big bookstore, usually. Jot down the names of the authors in your genre whose books are currently on bookstore shelves. Look inside for thanks and dedications, where agents may be named. At home, do a search of each author's name, in quotation marks, and the word agent and learn who represents whom. Visit QueryTracker.com, GuidetoLiteraryAgents.com, and similar sites to identify agents seeking work like yours.

Research each agent. Find websites with career history, sales, personal bio, AAR membership, etc. Determine whether they prefer email or regular mail for queries. Figure out who’s a good fit for you. Don’t be afraid to aim high. The worst that can happen is they say no.

Write a one-page query letter, tailoring it to individual agents as it’s possible with the information you got from research, and send it to the few agents you'd most like to represent you. If the query letter is really good and you've done your homework well, at least some will ask for a partial or full manuscript. If none does, rewrite the query before sending out the next batch.

If she's trying to sell short stories, she needs to look up each magazine's submission guidelines and follow them exactly.

Please can you advice the best way feiend ship. Thanks?

    could you clarify your question?

  • I have to sack my best friend, any advice?

I run a small business, and one of my employees is my best friend. I have no option other than to let her go, and do her workload myself. This will triple my income, and enable me to carry out major plans for my future, which have been on hold for 2 years because she has not built up much business . Although she's very good at her job, she has not performed as well as I had hoped. I love her to bits, and I am dreading breaking the news to her. She's due to come and stay for a few days in a month's time. Shall I wait and do it then? Or just phone her and tell her everything before then? Any advice would be much appreciated.I have to sack my best friend, any advice?
I think I would want to know now.

Friend or not she has a future that she

    needs to plan for too.

I don't know about the money involved for her

but planning to visit and spending money while

visiting you....could that hurt her pocket book?

I think being honest is best, do it now get it over with and maybe you could give her time to find another job?

That would be a great thing to do....inform her now...give her the month to find a job while she continues to work or give her severance pay...and then hopefully you can keep the friendship.

For future note remember its not good to mix the two...business and friends or family for that matter.

best wishesI have to sack my best friend, any advice?
You are so full of yourself...what a pity you had to do this to your friend...

They say you will get in life what you sow...and maybe one day someone will do the same to you.

Do enjoy your triple income....I am sure you will...

Honesty is the best policy. you need to tell her now coz if you wait till she visits you, she might think your only having her over to give her the bad news. But if i was you, i wouldnt tell her your sacking her coz you want the extra cash, just say your making cut backs and soften the blow. Good luck.
Say '; I am very sorry love but I have to let you go. Heres a few quid to tide you over until you get a new job';.
I think as you are friends you need to do this face to face NOT on the telephone. You need to be honest but also need to check you are not breaking the law by sacking her. Could you perhaps make her redundant instead with a little pay off? I think you should take legal advice here to make sure you do everything by the book - if you fall out as friends you don't want it to end up with a court case. Hopefully she will understand, be honest and explain the situation to her but it probably won't go down well and if you are very unlucky it will, of course, affect your friendship. Get advice and do it face to face as soon as possible to get it over and done with.
Well if you are prepared to wait a month to tell her, could it be best to explain it to her now, about how things aren't working, and asking her if she would look for something else. If she's a friend she will. So removing the need to actually sack her.

You say you've had the plans on hold for 2 year, what's another couple of months, to avoid bringing hardship to a friend? If she is good at her job, she should have no trouble getting something else, especially if you give a great reference.
first off; never employ friends or family... down that road lies madness.

you sack your friend, and youll be doing evrything... the rest of the staff will see this..and think; bugger, shes sacked her best friend, who's next? and you lose all their loyalty...and have a nervous breakdown as well as go bankrupt.

and her not performing is your fault, youre the boss, accept responsibility for your inaction... youre not a good boss, are you. we have to make these decisions every day... you puttiing it off says far more about you than it does about your soon to be fired ex best friend.

triple your income? how? by working 3 times as hard.. whos doing your accounts gordon brown?

it isnt going to happen.. all youll do is alienate your workers, and find yourself working 20 hours a day...

have a word with your friend by all means... but be realistic in the goals you set... or you'll lose the lot, and have no best friend to talk to.

    yes. life is hard
I wouldnt do it when she is staying with you as thats not fair she need time to deal with it! Be honest with her and even tell her that you will keep her on till she finds a new job .
I'm not sure what type of business it is, so this will be general.

First step, try to remove her for the positions she is lacking. Or the things that are ';losing'; you the most money. If she is a good worker find where her potential shines and reappropriate her to that area. Explain to her why you are doing it, but keep her on ';losely';. You can even tell her it's probation of some sort. Either way, it will be much easier to push her to become more productive in the ways you see fit by prodding or pushing her in the way she needs to go. Dismissing her all together could lead to unforseen problems. Such as, but not limited to, Fraud, retaliation, lawsuits, or otherthings that could hurt your earnings. I am not sure how close of a friend so i am giving you a general idea. Also if you want a good worker and would like to hire someone, I'll do the work (wink). Keaston80@yahoo.com
Have you given her a chance to speak on her performance? You need to give her a chance to defend herself. Could it be the economy and not her? Are you able to re-strategise your plan? At this moment you may think that you can handle everything. When the business picks up, you're be needing others so its best to have someone who is familiar with the job than recruiting someone new and you need to train him/her.
Cut her hours firstly and inform her she is not performing and if she bucks up her ideas she can have the hours back if not you will have to let her go all together, let her know where she stands maybe there is a deeper problem holding her back which you could help with, to loose your best friend would be a crime so let her know if it was anyone else they would be out the door, she may realise she is on borrowed time and suprise you with new and better business. Good Luck.
just do it if it needs to be done
just be honest with her....hopefully, she will understand and it will not ruin your friendship but be prepared for that possibility
Its business - so keep it that way (you should never mix business with family or friends) Imagine how you would like someone to sack you - treat her the way you would like to be treated if you were in her shoes
You will need a new friend
you must tell her as soon as possible to save any awkwardness when she comes and also to give her more notice so she can find another job, explain you love her to bits and it has nothing to do with her as a person its just you cant afford to keep her on, she wouldn't expect a different boss who wasn't her friend to keep her on if work wasn't good so why should you , she might be a little off with you and say some hurt full things, but if she is a good friend she should understand you could even write her a glowing reference and give her some contacts for a new job, good luck friendship and business don't always do well
    ok,

first off you never employ family members or friends cause usually they start getting very comforable and think that you will never let them go and they think they have it made, you know. and you cant really get all mad at them like you could with others, cause then they will try to put a guilt trip on you or you'll just feel bad about it on your own, so that takes away from the professionalism you want to maintain in your business.

but i think you should give your friend a second chance, it was your misstake you to hire her and not seeing this coming in the first place and by not setting these very important ground rules from the beginning.

let her know what is going on in the business right now, and tell her she is not meeting your expectations. and that is what you want when you two are working, and set some ground rules tell her that in work she will be treated as equally as everyone else( but you can hook her up every now and then;) she's your Best Friend) try to make this as best friend like as you can as much as possible along with making it as professional as you can as much as possible as well. uneploying her may end your great relationship and you dont want that (i wouldnt) you may think she'll understand, but umeploying someone is always something very serious and also being unemployed by your ';Best Friend'; it'll be very hurtfull. after you talk to her about what you want, and she doesnt improve then you can Fire her but dont just do it by surprise.

oh yeah and do it in person!! and this is an awsome question;)
Maybe it's better to let her know when she comes down to see you and tell her everything you've just mentioned, It's better to be honest and she will appreciate it. If she is truly your friend she will understand, she will feel hurt for a while but she will move on.
    This is a doozy!

Honesty is the best policy. Be forthright and explain your decision process. If she is a professional she will be able to separate the frienship from the business and though she may not like it, at least there is a chance to continue the friendship.
Thats a tricky situation you are in. Tell her the situation at hand (in person) and why you have to do what you intend. Hope she will understand
THERE IS NO NICE WAY BUT I GUESS IF YOU SHOW HER THIS QUESTION IT WILL BE HONEST AND SHOWING HER HOW MUCH U CARE
there is such a thing as keeping family matters away from work.

the other thing is talk to her. why has she not be performing ? is there any reson why.

friends are like looking at your self in the mirror your friend knows you, warts and all.

other thing is whats more imporant
Wait til she comes over, it has to be to her face. If she is a really good friend she will understand, even if she strops for a while initially. And don't hire friends in the first place!
Dont be too harsh, just becasue she hasnt reached your expectations, just see how she is going at work and if she isnt putting enough work into it, then just try and explain to her and ask her to try a little harder ebcaus it will make more money for the businuess, but please dont be harsh about it or it will cause a fall out and i am sure you really dont want that. I think that you shoudl try your best to be nice about it all!!! If it gets too much and you really have to sack her, do it in a really nice way and explain why but dont be nasty about it, be calm and make sure you dont hurt her, and do not sack her over the phone that is one of the worst things you could do, wait until you see her and make sure she is okay with everything and that it doesnt cause you both to fall out, explain to her that it is the businuess side of things and that you dont want it to ruin your friendship!!!
It would be a lot nicer if you did it face to face.

Tell her the truth, and if she is such a good person, she will understand.
It's fair enough people saying if she is a true friend she will understand. I think that is utter rubbish. On the flipside if you were a true friend you would not sack her..

What are your reasons for sacking her as that is not entirely clear? If it is her performance, have you spoken to her before about it or is this going to come like a bolt out of the blue to her? She is obviously going to be gutted and you cannot expect her to react in a good hearted way. It will also be hard for her to see her 'friend' profit so vastly, as you say, from her sacking!

My husband worked for my brother until he walked out after 3 years. This has caused a major family rift and breaks my heart every day as I feel like I am being torn in half. Never ever mix business with family or friends!

Good luck... I have a feeling you are going to need it!
always going to be difficult but you must remember this is about business and not about your friendship. explain it to her properly and give her a decent amount of time to sort out another job. you have to accept the fact that it may turn your friendship sour for a little while, but this depends on how you break it to her.

    good luck!
Just do it........ If he really knew you, he should knew why and accept your decision, if not try to explain, if he doesn't accept, then what kind of friend is he that don't believe in you???
they always say friends, partners should never work together. I ahd this with a friend told her she has to go but i valued her friendship, helped her get work, we are still friends and have much more to talk about now.
cut back on your expenses and keep her on
    * Just tell her now the sooner the better and be prepared to loose her friendship coz thats whats going to happen *
    marry her

While I am an active patient - I push my doctors and probe to understand my condition, issues, and options - in the end I'm a sheep with the medical community. Reading your examples, I regret, and regretted then, NOT going white water rafting at my friends' New Mexico wedding after having my septum undeviated a few days prior. I actually called the doctor and begged for an opening to jam my foot into - no go, she said.

Big mistake, I'm sure - I knew then I would have been fine, but I wimped out.

    Girls advice please? (best answer!)?

Ok I got coffee with this girl I really like last week and this Sunday we are getting together again. We've texted a bunch of times too and I know there is a connection between us and I want us to be boyfriend/girlfriend. I know we've only had one date technically and Sunday will be our second. How long do I have to wait to ask her to be my girlfriend? Would our fourth date be too early? What would be a great second date idea since it will probably be in the evening? Thanks so much!Girls advice please? (best answer!)?

Corny I know, but very true and a good attitude to have!

    Hope this helps!
Best advice i was given was to never wear white socks with black shoes and black trousers.

Best advice i could give you is not to eat yellow snow.
Bit boring but treat others as you would want to be treated yourself. (my mum told me when I was 5)

That's stood me in good stead for my life so far as what goes around comes around and even though the person you're nice to may not be nice back, some one some time will be.

My advice to you would be to make sure you wash your hands after being in the sewer before you eat your pizza.

Hero's in a half shell can't afford to get a stomach bug!!
    Stay Healthy.!!!

Ha ha ha can't argue with that lol.!!!

My dad was teaching me at a young age how to play the stock market, how to predict the ups and downs of a particular stock and how to deal with bellweather stocks.

His advise to me was to buy low and sell high, never get greedy and when you own a bellweather stock, keep it for as long as you dare to, especially when it starts going down in value.

I thought that I knew everything there was to know about investing in the stocks and went against his advise, the end results: I lost $250K in less then one week. Now, thankfully, I have learned from this lesson, and follow his financial advise to the letter, as well to also use the method that he perfected that allowed him to make between $3k to $5k in profits each week. I now own several bellweather stocks and each one gives me a solid return of at least $650.00 (USD) per day!

Even when that particular stock is losing money, I still make money on it using his proven method. Now, I am considering getting into currency trading, in addition to playing the stocks.

Wonder if dads tried and proven methods will also apply to currency trading as well.
my dad, always told me never to take out credit cards and loans because he had got into bother with them and didn't want me to do the same.... i thought i was different from him... i could manage my money.... boy was i wrong, now i always listen and act on my dads advice. Thanks dad!

Should i stay her best friend? NEED ADVICE!!!!?

I have this friend. My best friend. We have been like sisters sense last summer. But now its like she don't even want to be my friend. Her and our other friend have been hanging out way more then we have. And now she is saying that i don't care about our friend ship just because we got in a fight over her acting different. I have always been they're for her and I have always cared! What should i do about this?Should i stay her best friend? NEED ADVICE!!!!?
OMG i have been having the same exact problem what I would do is just end the friendship. Just say that she isn't being a friend and that you don't want her as one if she isn't acting as one.Should i stay her best friend? NEED ADVICE!!!!?
no way no way no way im going through the same thing and like now we are not friends anymore and like we were soooo close and stuff and like then everything happened and then she started lying to me and **** but like i don't thing you should let someone that important go that easy just be really nice to her and try to work things out!!!!!!
If she was a true best friend, she would understand you if you told her how you felt. Just confront her and ask her what her problem is. Ask her if you've done anything wrong to upset her and what you could do to fix it. Best friends understand and forgive each other. If she doesn't, then that's her loss. Good luck %26amp; I hope I gave some good advice. %26lt;3
I don't think you'll should fight i just think you should talk it over.tell her exactly what you think then. and if she still doesn't understand it, than just continue your life.
If she doesn't get over it,just drop her.Because apparently she doesn't care about /you/ and /your/ feelings.
ha move on and find other new friends but don't worri she iz gonna come back cuz if she sees u with other friends she might get jelouse
try talking to her, and ifr u have already, just give her time. If she cools off then good, but if she doesn't, well u probaly dont need her

I never paid attention and it never came to my mind that I would ever like someone like this. My best friends relatives are like family to me. I don't know what they would do if they learned I liked this guy back. I know he likes me. I can't talk to him because I dont know hwo to reach him. Would it be a good idea for me to leave him alone, and walk away if he tries to talk to me about his feelings..I cant confront him, because I dont really know how I feel and what could happen. When I have a little bit of feelings for someone, it can spiral out of control into full blown feelings. I dont want to ruin the relationship with anyone but at the same time he seems like a nice guy. I wonder why he's still single till now. Advice?I think I'm starting to like someone that is double my age Im 20 and is related to my best friend. Advice?
with your history, with his family , you might just want to walk away, and save face for everyone, you might be opening up a hornets nest if you pursue this, as far as an older man i dont think its wrong just not this oneI think I'm starting to like someone that is double my age Im 20 and is related to my best friend. Advice?
ok first off you are 20 and i just have to say that when i was twenty there was no way in hell i would date someone that much older than me! there is obviously a reason why he is still single ! i think that the best thing you should do is number one leave him alone because your best freinds family will look at him like a chester if they ever know about this. stick to someone around your age but not younger. trust me too many bad outcomes when i dated or even talked to a guy that was 10 years older! found out the hard way !

    good luck but be smart

Whats the best and most informative advice you can give to a teenager who's gay in high school?

Take it day by day. Try not to let the harsh stuff being said bother you or get to you. If you have true friends than they will accept you for who you are and will support you. Good luck and hope things go great for you. E-mail me if you have any other questions and more advice.Whats the best and most informative advice you can give to a teenager who's gay in high school?
First, never forget that they should **** off. However, given that they aren't going to, find friends who are supportive. Even if you don't tell them you're gay, friends who don't pressure you to be more stereotypically masculine are always good. And remember, most of the world isn't like high school. It gets better once you graduate.

If anyone ever breaks the law in order to hurt you, report it. You don't have to come out in order to report it.Whats the best and most informative advice you can give to a teenager who's gay in high school?
yeah, thats pretty much my situation 2. im not openly gay but i get made fun of for it everyday. and this one guy used to come up to me and say, really loud in my face when ever i started to talk, ';COME OUT'; ... ';COME OUT'; ... so i just ignored them, tried to laugh at myself, but that just leaves u feeling bad inside. i want to kill them, but i know i never would. im slowly just not hanging out with those people and making more tolerant friends, which is hard for me because im so shy.
Don't let it rule your life. You're gay, so what. Just carry on like others, and focus on your grades. If someone's causing you trouble for being gay, then tell the principal, don't let them get away with it.
Just be who you are, and never let anyone change you. At the same hand, you must know how and when to act flamboyant if this is your style. Otherwise I would have to say just be yourself at all times.
Be open and don't pay any attention to anyone who says anything negative. They aren't worth the effort to care about. Surround yourself with intelligent and socially liberal people.
When people are being homophobic, don't let it get to you. Your mind will be too plagued if you think about the misguided views of others.
    Focus on your studies.

I am the best man at my brothers wedding in a couple weeks, any advice for the perfect toast?

Make sure you compliment the bride. Too often, the best man will joke about the groom, etc. but remember, you are toasting to their marriage so you should include her as well.I am the best man at my brothers wedding in a couple weeks, any advice for the perfect toast?
Okay, I'm getting my reference from the movie wedding crashers when I say, it's best to just say something from the heart. Like you're so happy groom has met bride or vice versa and blah blah. It might not be the best idea to say something funny. Watch the movie and you'll get what I'm saying.I am the best man at my brothers wedding in a couple weeks, any advice for the perfect toast?
tell of a good memory. a little comedy maybe but nothing too embarrassing for the bride and / or groom.
Definitely tell a story about you two when you were young. Then, tell some sort of anectdote about how you realized how serious he was about his new wife. It's always good to mix some humorous stories with sentimental ones. I am sure you have plenty of stories that you could use to embarass your brother, but try to keep them to a minimum. The idea is to give the audience a snapshot into who your brother is, and how cool it is that he has found such a perfect partner for him.
I just attended a wedding a couple of weeks ago and the best man's toast was amazing. He is single, so he kept referring to a ';marriage for idiots'; type of manual to give advice to the groom. In the end he wished both of them all of the happiness in the world and throughout the speech he also touched on points regarding how wonderful the couple was together, and he shared a few examples of this. It lasted between 5-10 minutes, which was a little bit on the long side, but it was so entertaining that no one minded.

I thought it was good that he referred to a manual because he didn't embarrass the groom or bride with personal examples, but he got to bring humor to the speech because of the passages from the book.

    Best mineral makeup advice?

I'm looking for a good mineral makeup. I have fairly oily/normal skin, which tends to break out a lot.

What kind of mineral makeup do you all use, and does it work well?Best mineral makeup advice?
The best mineral line you can buy is bee luscious cosmetics because it is truly 100% free of bismuth and will not clog pores or create any breakouts at all.

I have been a professional makeup artist for over 20 years and highly recommend this brand.Best mineral makeup advice?
Avoid bare minerals has it contains bismuth which can add further shine to your face. Go for Philosophy's Supernatural Airbrushed Canvas. Its a little expensive but so worth it in the long run. If you can afford, i would also buy a primer and use this prior to applying your mineral foundation.
i use the Bare Natural from Loreal, i love it
Check the ingredients of any brand you use. Make sure to choose one that does not contain Bismuth (irritates skin and clogs pores), cornstarch or talc, which are considered fillers and clog your pores.

Myself, I use Affordable Mineral Makeup, and have never had a problem with it. In fact, since I started using it, I have had less breakouts. You can find it at http://www.affordablemineralmakeup.com/crystalneedy.html

I also noticed that you said THEY were in love with YOU.

No mention how you feel about either of them.

But truly, if you care for them and don't want to put a wedge in their friendship, sounds like you are a lovable kind of guy. Someone else will love you. Then nobody gets hurt.

and im finding it really hard to function i have other friends but none who understand me like she did i have had problems in the past including depression and i find it hard to connect with people and i just want to stay indoors for the rest of my life i didnt feel like this when she was alive i have had other bad stuff happen in my life and i cant believe this has happened i cant talk to anyone i know its too personalCan anyone give me some advice my best friend died of cancer a few weeks ago?
Oh Ruby I'm so sorry for your loss... But let me say that this feeling is normal. It's grief and you have to grieve to move onto acceptance. It's going to be a sad time and let me just say don't be too much alone though it's tempting to do so. try to be around others who will support you and who you can talk to. If you're anything like me, you'll want your time alone but it does help to talk as much as you can manage. If you can't talk, like you say, try writing your thoughts down and getting them out of yourself. Journalling and blogging helps too.

In time, these horrible feelings will soften into happy memories of someone you love very much. Time doesn't heal all but what you do with the time does. And if you let your grief happen, it will get better.

Best to you dear.. And again my deepest condolences. She was lucky to have a friend like you.Can anyone give me some advice my best friend died of cancer a few weeks ago?
I am sorry for your loss. When we lose someone close to us it really hurts and I guess its suppose to. But everyone will have to deal with death. I have had many deaths in my family. I have learned that I shouldn't be selfish what about the ones who have already died they need them to.
So sorry for your loss. Grieving is different for each individual but a loss like this is quite significant. Consider setting up some temporary counseling to get you over the hump.
Awe I feel terrible for you.

Just remember that your friend is looking down on you and leaving signs to show you that he/she is still there.

If you don't believe in afterlife, start now.

Cuz it seriously is real, I'm not even kidding, I've had experiences.

If you wanna talk to your friend again, just say it, rather out loud or in your head, and know that they can hear you.
Losing someone so close to you is depressing in the first place. I have had my share of close deaths, daughter, parents and recently godson (38), best friend, godmother and great-aunt. First you should go to your doctor to ask for help whether it is medication or a grief therapist. If you are releigious your minister should be able to guide you. It is important to discuss your feelings You would be surprised how many people there are out there to help you through this very trying time. Good luck.
First of all I'm very sorry for your loss.. second.. try even going to her grave site and just talking to her.. by the sounds of it she seemed like a great listener and therefore a great friend.. just because she's gone doesn't mean she can't hear you.. talk to her.. I'm sure you'll feel a little better. It's hard to get over things like this and sometimes we never really do. Don't try to block it out, embrace it and try to live your life just a little better. for her sake..
I'm sorry to hear you lost a friend. It's never easy to say goodbye to some one you feel particularly close to, and you are just in grief at the moment. If you are a particularly spiritual person, then by all means you should speak with your particular religious guide. Even if you are not affiliated with a particular religion, the various ministers, priests, imams, rabbis and others can offer you some help there. If thats not an option, then see if you can find a grief counsellor or really any sort of therapist to help you sort out the feelings. There is nothing wrong with crying, but it should not overshadow other life activities to the extent it seems to be impacting yours. It is personal, and this is a rather impersonal medium for getting help. It would serve your needs much better to be speaking to a flesh and blood person. As a rule, grief eases as time passes. I'm sure your friend would not want you to be feeling this badly. Since she had cancer, her life was not that pleasant in the final days, and she is now at peace. I'm sure she would want the same thing for you, only peace in life. As dark as things are at this moment, as the days pass, your pain should become less acute. You need to focus on the good in your friend's life, and the good times you two shared. Nobody is going to replace her, but there are other people you may have yet to meet who can become as close if you let them. At the moment though, you need some help, in person, to help you see the rest of the way and to help bolster you until you can find the way for yourself.
First of all, I am very sorry for your loss. my deepest sympathy for you. Second, you shouldnt be expected to completely move on. However, you should go out with some other friends and at least try to have some fun. Dont you think that she would want you to meet some new people and not be so sad. after you feel that you have given it some time, I think you should consider talking to someone about all of this. obviously you were very close to her and I think it would do you some good to talk to a professional. hope i helped.

I am trying to loose weight around my stomach area...Could somebody give me advice on the best way to detox my system;0)...?
eat plenty of foods with fibre such as vegetables and whole grain bread, which will cleanse your system very well.

also, basically all fruits (especially blueberries) contain antioxidants, which not only help your system, but are also great for your skin!

cardio and aerobic exercise such as swimming, jogging, kickboxing etc. will also help because it increases blood flow, you'll get more sleep, and just feel great!

hope that helps!Could somebody give me advice on the best way to detox my system;0)...?
well to detox you can do it by only drinking fresh juice and water. thats unhealthy if you are doing it to lsoe weight though.

just exercise alot and eat a balanced diet.
vinegar with some water will cleanse the system.
Studies have shown that detox diets don't make any additional difference over normal diet habits. The human body is very efficient in flushing your system of toxins and detoxifies itself naturally.

BBC Science and Nature did a series of studies on various health and diet issues. Follow this link and scroll down the bottom of the page -- in the second to last section titled ';How to be young and beautiful'; -- there is a video called ';Does Detox Work?';. Watch that video to see the study.

You're better off following a healthy balance diet. Reduce fat and junk food and sugary sodas and juices. Increase fruits, veggies, lean protein, whole grains and water. Exercise (sit ups and crunchs help with tummy fat) and try to stay active.

    Good luck,

Crunches--they will not make you lose weight, but they definitely will pull your stomach more down. Add a diet to that to lose a few lbs and you will see marvelous results. Crunches usually show results in 2-4 weeks---if you do them every day!!
