Could somebody give me advice on the best way to detox my system;0)...?

I am trying to loose weight around my stomach area...Could somebody give me advice on the best way to detox my system;0)...?
eat plenty of foods with fibre such as vegetables and whole grain bread, which will cleanse your system very well.





also, basically all fruits (especially blueberries) contain antioxidants, which not only help your system, but are also great for your skin!





cardio and aerobic exercise such as swimming, jogging, kickboxing etc. will also help because it increases blood flow, you'll get more sleep, and just feel great!

well to detox you can do it by only drinking fresh juice and water. thats unhealthy if you are doing it to lsoe weight though.





just exercise alot and eat a balanced diet.
vinegar with some water will cleanse the system.
Studies have shown that detox diets don't make any additional difference over normal diet habits. The human body is very efficient in flushing your system of toxins and detoxifies itself naturally.

You're better off following a healthy balance diet. Reduce fat and junk food and sugary sodas and juices. Increase fruits, veggies, lean protein, whole grains and water. Exercise (sit ups and crunchs help with tummy fat) and try to stay active.

Crunches--they will not make you lose weight, but they definitely will pull your stomach more down. Add a diet to that to lose a few lbs and you will see marvelous results. Crunches usually show results in 2-4 weeks---if you do them every day!!
