My favorite site is Mr. Excel. He has written several books and has plenty of free information online.

if you're interested in separate tutorials and aren't very ardent about spending money i definitely recommend this website. They have lots of good tutorials for ms excel and several other programs.

If you'd be willing to pay for a good formal training dvd I recommend lynda.com's excel essentials title. I have experience with a few of their others and they are great. They are very easy to follow and practice files are usually provided so you can follow along with the video. If you are skeptical, you should watch the preview videos on the link provided.
