Hey I'm looking for a larger shadow pallet matts and shimmers but I want to know which are the most recomended please only highly pigmented ones I want good color ratio but also don't want a hole in my pocket. Thanks to anyone who repliesBest eyeshadow pallet advice?

I bet a lot of people already said this, but I really recommend the coastal scents palettes! They are pretty cheap for what you get, and they blend and look so good! I love them.
