Try the ';always'; brand. Also, maybe try upping your pad absorbency with the brand you already use. Like if you are using the ultra thin type, then you should move to the maxi pads that are thicker. I really like ';Kotex Regular'; tampons.. they work great for me, and I have never leaked. I know that OB tampons are very absorbent, however I could never get them in because they have no applicator.. so might be tricky for someone young.
I use Tampax pearl. If you are leaking through, then you need a stronger absorbency. If you are using Regular then go to Super. If you are using Super then go to Super Plus.
the best tampons i would say is playtex and pads i would say either always or stayfree

The best ones I've found have been Playtex Sport.
I always use tampax for tampons and always for pads, they are both great!
I'm a boy and I wear tampax so that I don't pee myself
