What is the best way to learn arabic? any advice? Where should I go? I have Rosetta Stone, Pen pals out there?

The ';Elementary MSA'; by Abboud is good as a supplement. The Hans-Wehr dictionary is what I am using, and the only thing missing is a good vocabulary builder, like the textbook ';Al-kitaab.';What is the best way to learn arabic? any advice?
